In his role as Senior VP, Chief Information Officer, Richard is responsible for creating and implementing information management strategies and providing technical solutions to operational problems.

Prior to joining PENN, Richard gained over 15 years of leadership experience in Information Technology with several reputable organizations, including Hershey Company and Gartner Consulting.

Richard holds a bachelor’s degree from Miami University and an MBA from the University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business.
