Mr. Auriemma is a long-time member of the PENN Entertainment, Inc. Compliance Committee, and since 2020, is the Chairman of the Committee. From 2007 to 2011, Mr. Auriemma was the Vice President/Chief Compliance Officer of the Company and president of a number of its subsidiaries. Mr. Auriemma served as Chairman of the Compliance Committee of The Stars Group, Inc. from 2014-2020. The Stars Group is an innovative entertainment solutions provider for the gaming industry and a worldwide internet gaming company. In 2014, Mr. Auriemma became a member of the Compliance Committee for MGM Resorts International, one of the world’s leading global hospitality companies. He has been the Chairman of the Committee in 2016, 2020, and is currently the Chairman in 2022.  In 2017, Mohegan Gaming and Entertainment, a tribal and commercial gaming company headquartered in Connecticut, selected Mr. Auriemma as the Chairman of its Compliance Committee.  In January 2022, Mr. Auriemma joined the Advisory Board of Odds on Compliance, an industry-leading technology and consultancy firm specializing in sports betting, interactive gaming and gambling compliance.
