In her role as Senior VP, Regional Operations, Erin oversees all operations at PENN’s properties in Colorado, Maine, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Maryland and West Virginia. She also supervises PENN's horse racing operations across the country and she is the Chair of PENN Women.

Prior to joining PENN, Erin spent more than 16 years with Caesars Entertainment, most recently as their Regional President, Mid-Atlantic Region, managing properties in Maryland and Pennsylvania. She began her gaming career at Harrah’s North Kansas City and has held senior marketing roles in Atlantic City, senior property operations roles at Horseshoe Hammond in Indiana and has served as the Vice President and General Manager of Planet Hollywood Las Vegas.

Erin holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.
