In his role as Executive VP, Operations, Todd oversees PENN’s Regional Operations, Marketing and Information Technology, as well as Design and Construction. Todd also recently played a critical role in integrating the ESPN brand with PENN’s core business.

Over the past seven years at PENN, Todd served as Vice President and General Manager of Hollywood Casino in Lawrenceburg, Indiana, and Hollywood Casino St. Louis. In 2017, Todd was promoted to Senior Vice President, Regional Operations, overseeing nine properties in PENN’s Midwest Region.

Prior to PENN, Todd spent 12 years in various management positions at Pinnacle Entertainment, including leading the development and launch of Pinnacle’s two St. Louis properties, River City Casino and Lumiere Place.

Todd holds a bachelor’s degree from LeMoyne College and an MBA from Villanova University.
