1. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:

1. The promotional period begins on June 1, 2024 and runs through November 30, 2024.

2. DIRECTIONS FOR PARTICIPATING:

1. Promotion is available to all guests (except resident of Maine) who have registered for a PENN Play loyalty membership.
2. PENN Play loyalty members can access the Cover5 Free to Play Sports Betting Contest app directly from the PENN Play loyalty app or directly through the free Cover5 app. Cover5 is a platform for online sports games that lets you play sporting contests with real teams and real scores for no cost.
3. The following information needs to be submitted in the Cover5 App when registering for a Cover5 contest:.
1. Download the Cover5 App.
2. Register on the App by entering First Name, Last Name, Email, City, State & Zip Code & Date of Birth. PENN Cover5 Contests will also require a PENN Play account number to be eligible for prizes. Membership is Free.
3. All participants must be at least 21 years old and have a PENN Play account to be eligible to win prizes.

3. HOW TO PLAY

1. Create a Cover5 Account and select the PENN Play Cover5 Weekly Contest by entering the Join Code provided.
2. Each contest will require the maximum number of picks to be made.
3. For each contest, the eligible Teams and/or Games will be displayed.
4. Participants must select their picks during the eligible period.
5. Unless otherwise specified, the eligible period begins at the start day/time of the weekly contest until the start time of the final game included in the Contest.
6. Once registered for a contest, each missed pick for that week, will be assessed -5 points to the weekly score.
7. Once point spreads for a game are entered, they remain unchanged throughout the week.
8. Weekly Points do not roll-over. Each Contest Week begins a new contest period.

4. HOW TO SCORE POINTS

1. Points are awarded based on how a participant’s picks perform against the Cover5 Point spread for each contest as outlined in the Cover5 App.

5. PRIZES

1. Eligible Participants who are Winners in the Weekly Contests will receive between $10 and $500 PENN Cash when selected as a winner.
2. Winner selection will be based on Points awarded during each weekly contest. Each weekly contest will be developed and executed by Good Karma Brands on behalf of PENN Entertainment.
3. In the event that two or more parties are tied in any given week, the corresponding prize tiers listed in section 5.5 will be split evenly among tied parties and the number of immediate subsequent prize tiers will be skipped based on the number of tied parties in the awarded tier.
4. Minimum prize awarded is $5 PENN Cash for all ties. If the number of tied parties and the total of the tied prize tiers results in a prize award less than $5 PENN Cash per person, a random drawing will be held among the Tied Parties and the corresponding number of Winners will be awarded $5 PENN Cash each.

6. PENN Cash will be uploaded into the validated winner’s PENN Play account within 7 days of Contest awarding. Winners will be notified via the registered email on their PENN Play account. Redemption of PENN Cash is subject to the official PENN Play patron loyalty program official rules and may be subject to expiration in accordance with those program rules. For more details about PENN Cash use, visit the rewards center at a PENN property or the PENN Play website.
7. PENN Cash is the loyalty currency that is earned while gaming with your PENN Play card both online or on property or for other activity as more fully described in the PENN Play Loyalty Program Official Rules. PENN Cash can be used towards hotel stays, food and beverage (use for alcohol purchases is forbidden in some jurisdictions), retail purchases, Free SlotPlay, Table Play, cash, bonus cash on Hollywoodcasino.com or gaming credits on social casino. PENN Cash can also be redeemed at PENN retail properties and online in the PENN Mall. Any PENN cash used for gaming purposes is not cashable and must be played through. Some categories are not available for PENN Cash exchanges in some jurisdictions.

6. TOTAL AMOUNT IN PRIZES

1. PENN Cash Promotion Total is based on Winner eligibility during each Weekly Contest. Up to $82,160 in PENN Cash will be awarded during this promotion period.

7. GENERAL RULES

1. Participants must be legally eligible to visit all Penn Entertainment properties in order to participate in this Promotion. Any person who is on any State-wide Self Exclusion List, who has been excluded from the casino for any other reason, or who is not at least 21 years of age is ineligible for this Promotion. In the event an ineligible person wins a prize, their entry shall be deemed null and void.
2. By participating in Promotion, Participant consents to receive marketing messages from Penn Entertainment to include but not limited to telemarketing, electronic mail messages, and Push Notifications Participants can opt-out of marketing messages by selecting the opt-out feature provided in the marketing message.
3. Acceptance of prize constitutes winner’s permission to use their likeness or name for Penn Entertainment publicity or promotional uses without compensation except where prohibited by law.
4. Any dispute or situation not covered by the above rules will be resolved by Penn Entertainment management in a manner deemed by them the fairest to all concerned.
5. In any instance where access to associated promotion related computer systems, websites, apps, phone lines, hardware, software and computer transmissions is delayed or unavailable, the promotion may be temporarily suspended until access to such systems can be restored.
6. Penn Entertainment reserves the right to void, and/or change, cancel, or modify this Promotion at any time with the approval of the Local Gaming Administrator.
7. Participation in this Promotion is in agreement to abide by the rules of this Promotion.
8. Penn Entertainment may disqualify any person for any prize based upon fraud, dishonesty and violation of promotional rules or other misconduct. All such incidents will be reported to the Local Gaming Administrator.
9. Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and/or tribal rules and regulations, including gaming, and all aspects of the Promotion are subject to approval of the appropriate regulatory authorities and are void where prohibited.
10. Winners are responsible for any and all taxes (income or sales), licenses, registrations, and other government imposed fees
