OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES, 21 YEARS OF AGE AND OLDER WHO ENTER FROM WITHIN THE UNITED STATES . INDIVIDUALS ENROLLED IN ANY CASINO OR SPORTS WAGERING SELF-EXCLUSION PROGRAM OR THAT ARE PART OF AN INVOLUNTARY CASINO OR SPORTS WAGERING EXCLUSION LIST ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE. THIS PROMOTION IS INTENDED FOR ENTRY IN THE UNITED STATES ONLY AND WILL BE CONSTRUED AND INTERPRETED UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES. 1. ELIGIBILITY: The 2024 VIP ESPN+ Subscription Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States, 21 years of age or older. Employees, contractors, directors and officers of PENN Entertainment, Inc. (“Sponsor”) and each of their parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, sales representatives, retailers, and advertising, promotion and judging agencies and all other service agencies involved with the Promotion, including any prize providers, and members of the immediate family (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouse) and household of each such employee are not eligible to participate. To be eligible, participants must be registered in the PENN Play program. Self-excluded guests or guests banned from any Sponsor location are not eligible to participate. The PENN Play program is free to join.


2. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD: The promotional period begins at 12:01 am on Monday, November 4, 2024 and runs through 11:59 pm Wednesday, April 30, 2025.


3. DIRECTIONS FOR PARTICIPATING: PENN Play members that are in the Owners Club Tier as of the promotion start date and those Owners Club PENN Play members that achieve Owners Club Tier status before April 30, 2025 will receive a twelve (12) month subscription to ESPN+.


In addition, any Elite PENN Play member that earns 25 Tier Points at a PENN Play casino destination and 25 Tier Points on ESPN BET or Hollywood Casino online will receive a twelve (12) month subscription to ESPN+. To be eligible, Elite Penn Play members must establish an ESPN Bet account.


This promotion is open to new and existing PENN Play members that achieve Owners Club or Elite status and that meet the play requirement by April 30, 2025.


Participants must download the PENN Play app in order to claim their ESPN+ subscription. The PENN Play app is free to download.


4. AWARDS: PENN Play members that earn a twelve (12) month subscription to ESPN+ will receive a notification in the PENN Play app that they must claim and an email will be sent to the email address associated with their PENN Play account which will include a unique redemption code via a hyperlink to the ESPN+ website, where the player must create a new ESPN account.

For guests that qualify for the subscription as of the start of the promotion on November 4, 2024, notifications will be sent in the PENN Play app within 7 days of the start of the promotion and guests will need to claim the offer in the PENN Play app within 7 days of receiving the notification. Email with redemption code will be sent to email on file with PENN Play account no later than November 26, 2024.

For guests that earn the subscription after November 4, 2024, ESPN+ subscriptions will be awarded the month after qualifying for the promotion. The notifications in the PENN Play app will be sent by the 7th of the month, guest must claim by the 14th of the month and emails will be sent by the 21st of the month.


The ESPN+ redemption code is valid only for U.S. residents, 21 years of age or older. Codes cannot be redeemed by active ESPN+ subscribers. Code entitles the holder to twelve (12) months of ESPN+. to redeem, visit ESPNPlus.com/redeem, enter the code provided, and log into or create your ESPN account. A condition to redemption is that the holder must accept the Subscriber Agreement in connection with their access to ESPN+. Code is one-time use only. Void where prohibited, not a gift card. Cannot be combined with any other offers, coupons, discounts or promotions. Code is not refundable or redeemable for cash or any other goods or services and cannot be sold, or exchanged or credited towards purchase of other subscriptions, and will not be honored if obtained from any third party. ESPN and its affiliates are released from any claims arising from the promotion by any entrants.


ESPN+ subscription code must be used by Saturday, May 31, 2025 and will be entitle the redeemer to twelve (12) months of ESPN+.


5. GENERAL RULES: Participants must be legally entitled to visit all PENN Entertainment owned or operated casinos, racetracks, properties and online gambling sites to participate in this Promotion. Any person who is on any State-wide Self Exclusion List, who has been excluded from PENN casino or online site for any other reason, or who is not at least 21 years of age is ineligible for this Promotion.

By accepting the offer, entrants grant permission to use their name, address (city, state, country), any photos, descriptions of their person, likeness, statements, and biographical information without limitation, for advertising and publicity purposes, worldwide in any media known to date or to be developed in the future, without further compensation or notice, except where prohibited by law.

Any dispute or situation not covered by the above rules will be resolved by PENN Entertainment management in a manner deemed by them the fairest to all concerned.

PENN Entertainment reserves the right to void, and/or change, cancel, or modify this Promotion or any part of it at any time, with the approval of the Local Gaming Administrator, for force majeure events such as but not limited to strike, fire, war, terrorist or governmental action, pandemic, widespread illness, or any other disruptive event beyond Sponsor’s control, impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the promotion, as determined by Sponsor.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Promotion, or any part of it, if any fraud, bugs, virus, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor is not responsible for computer system, phone line, hardware, software or program malfunctions, or other errors, failures or delays in computer transmissions, the website, or network connections that are human or technical in nature. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the promotion process, the website, or the operation of the Promotion or to be acting in violation of the Official Rules of this or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Participation in this Promotion is in agreement to abide by the rules of this Promotion.

PENN Entertainment may disqualify any person for any offer based upon fraud, dishonesty and violation of these Official Rules or other misconduct. All such incidents will be reported to the Local Gaming Administrator.

Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and/or tribal rules and regulations, including gaming, and all aspects of the Promotion are subject to approval of the appropriate regulatory authorities and are void where prohibited. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of the Promotion Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Pennsylvania, U.S.A.

Winners are responsible for any and all taxes (income or sales), licenses, registrations, and other government imposed fees.

6. PRIVACY & PERSONAL INFORMATION: Personal information collected from entrants shall be stored in the US and will be used by the Sponsor for the purpose of administering the Promotion, to provide participants with information relating to products, services and promotions of the Sponsor and affiliates of the Sponsor. Participants can opt-out of marketing messages by selecting the opt-out feature provided in the marketing message. The Sponsor shall not sell, share or otherwise disclose personal information of entrants with third parties, other than to third parties engaged by the Sponsor to fulfil the above purposes or as otherwise consented to by the entrant.
