To change your address, visit the PENN Play Center at your nearest PENN Entertainment destination.

You can update your contact information, including your email address and phone number, in your Profile.  Visit PENNPlay.com and click the “Sign In” button on the upper right of the screen. Once logged in, click “Profile” and “Contact Information" to update your email and phone number.

You will need to visit a PENN Play Center at one of our PENN Entertainment destinations to reset your PIN number. 

PENN Cash is the loyalty currency of PENN Play. Members can earn PENN Cash at over 35 PENN Entertainment destinations nationwide, including our sportsbook locations, online sports betting, and real money and online casinos. Members can also earn PENN Cash when they shop with their favorite brands through the PENN Earn Marketplace.  PENN Cash can be redeemed for free play, hotel stays, dining, online casino credits, retail shopping at PENN Entertainment destinations and at our PENN Redeem Marketplace. 

The easiest and fastest way to retrieve your win/loss statement is by downloading the PENN Play App. You can find the link to download the app here: https://www.pennentertainment.com/download-app. Once you are logged into the app, click the “Me” icon on the bottom right of the screen, then select “Win/Loss Statements,” and select the year of the statement you wish to view. Tap on the download icon to download.

You can also view your Win/Loss Statement on the website. Visit PENNPlay.com and click the “Sign In” button on the upper right of the screen. Once you are logged in, click on “My Account” and locate the Win/Loss Statement section. Choose the appropriate year you would like to view, and tap the download icon to download.

For PENN Play members, PENN Cash balances are subject to expiration after thirty (30) days of PENN Play account inactivity (i.e., if a member does not earn in thirty days). For Advantage and Preferred members, PENN Cash balances are subject to expiration after six (6) months of PENN Play account inactivity. For Elite and Owners Club members, PENN Cash will not expire as long as they retain their tier status.

Rewards earned from your PENN Entertainment Mastercard® Credit Card may take up to 3 billing cycles to be added to your account. If you still need assistance regarding PENN Cash or Tier Points earned from the credit card, send us an email.

You can update your communication preferences in your Profile.  Visit PENNPlay.com and click the “Sign In” button on the upper right of the screen. Once logged in, click “Profile” and then “Manage preferences” to update how you would like to hear from us. 

At the moment, your promotions are good at the specific destination that sends them. We’re working on making promotions good at all PENN Entertainment destinations, but we’re not there quite yet. Stay tuned!

When we mail offers to you, they’re based on your level of play from two or more months prior. If your play has increased since then, later offers will reflect that. Just make sure you’re getting all the rewards you deserve by ensuring your PENN Play card is fully inserted into your slot machine during play, and that you always show your card to a dealer when you’re at the tables.
