1. Promotion Name
PENN Play Millionaire Social Drawing ("Promotion").

2. Promotional Period
The Promotion begins Monday, March 9, 2026, at 4:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) and ends Sunday, April 12, 2026, at 11:59 PM ET (the "Promotional Period").
Weekly entry periods are as follows:

• Week 1: March 9, 2026, at 4:00 PM ET – March 15, 2026, at 11:59 PM ET
• Weekly drawing conducted by March 16, 2026, at 3:59 PM ET.
• Week 2: March 16, 2026, at 4:00 PM ET – March 22, 2026, at 11:59 PM ET
• Weekly drawing conducted by March 23, 2026, at 3:59 PM ET.
• Week 3: March 23, 2026, at 4:00 PM ET – March 29, 2026, at 11:59 PM ET
• Weekly drawing conducted by March 30, 2026, at 3:59 PM ET.
• Week 4: March 30, 2026, at 4:00 PM ET – April 5, 2026, at 11:59 PM ET
• Weekly drawing conducted by April 6, 2026, at 3:59 PM ET.

Semifinalists’ are the individuals selected as weekly winners in accordance with Section 5 of these Official Rules, subject to verification of eligibility. The Grand Prize drawing shall be conducted on or about April 17, 2026, from among all eligible Semifinalists.

3. Eligibility
The Promotion is open only to individuals who:

• Are PENN Play members in good standing at the time of entry and winner verification;
• Are 21 years of age or older;
• Are legal residents of the United States who enter from within the United States;
• Are not employees, contractors, directors and officers of PENN Entertainment (“Sponsor”) and each of their parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, sales representatives, retailers, and advertising, promotion and judging agencies and all other service agencies involved with the Promotion, and members of the immediate family (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouse) and household of each such employee. Void where prohibited by law.

4. How to Enter
Eligible participants may earn entries during each weekly entry period by engaging with PENN Play Millionaire promotional posts on the official PENN Play social media channels:

• Instagram: Like and comment on the designated PENN Play Millionaire post.
• Facebook: Like and comment on the designated PENN Play Millionaire post.
• X (formerly Twitter): Repost (retweet) the designated PENN Play Millionaire post

Limit one (1) entry per social media platform per person per week. Entries do not carry over from week to week. Participants must re‑enter during each weekly period to be eligible for that week's drawing.
Use of multiple social media accounts to exceed entry limits is prohibited and may result in disqualification.

5. Weekly Drawings and Semifinalists
One (1) potential winner will be randomly selected each week from each social media platform, for a total of up to fifteen (15) semifinalists during the Promotional Period. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received for each platform during each weekly period. Once selected as a semifinalist, odds of winning the Grand Prize would be 1 in 15.
Potential weekly winners will be notified via direct message on the applicable social media platform and announced on PENN Play social channels by 2:00 PM ET on the Monday following the close of each weekly period.
Winners must respond within 48 hours of notification with requested verification information. Failure to respond in a timely manner may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

6. Grand Prize Drawing
One (1) Grand Prize winner will be randomly selected from among all verified semifinalists on or about April 17, 2026.
If the selected Grand Prize winner declines or is unable to accept the prize, Sponsor may select an alternate winner from the remaining semifinalists. No cash, loyalty rewards, or any other alternative will be provided for the Grand Prize.

7. Prizes
Grand Prize (Approximate Retail Value: $2,500):

• Round‑trip air transportation to Las Vegas, Nevada
• Round‑trip ground transportation between Las Vegas airport and M Resort
• Hotel accommodations at M Resort for May 27-31, 2026.
• One (1) entry into the PENN Play Millionaire Slot Tournament at M Resort

Semifinalist Prizes (15 winners):

$500 in PENN Cash awarded to each verified semifinalist. Prizes are non‑transferable and will not be substituted except at Sponsor’s discretion.

8. Conditions of Entry 
By entering, entrants acknowledge compliance with these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements. To be valid, each entry must follow the directions noted above. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid entries, computer error, or malfunctions. The Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, human, printing, technical malfunctions, or any other error or malfunction. Automated entries are prohibited, and any use of automated devices will cause disqualification. Entrants may not enter with multiple e-mail addresses nor may entrants use any other device or artifice to enter multiple times or as multiple entrants. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, accounts, identities, registrations, logins, or any other methods may void that entrant’s entries and that entrant may be disqualified (and forfeits all prizes won), in Sponsor’s discretion. In the event of a dispute as to any entry, the “authorized account holder” will be deemed to be the entrant and he/she must comply with these Official Rules. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned an email address by organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses or the domain associated with the submitted entry. A potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder associated with the entry. 
As a condition of entering, entrants agree (and agree to confirm in writing): (a) to release Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, retailers, and agents, Administrator, and each of their officers, directors, employees and agents (“Released Parties”), from any and all liability, loss or damage incurred with respect to the awarding, receipt, possession, and/or use or misuse of any prize or any item redeemed therewith,  b) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby knowingly and expressly waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses and/or any rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased; (c) all causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (d) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred (if any), excluding attorneys’ fees and court costs.  

9. General Rules 
Participants must be legally entitled to visit all PENN Entertainment owned or operated casinos, racetracks, properties, and online gambling sites to participate in this Promotion. Any person who is on any State-wide Self Exclusion List, who has been excluded from PENN casino or online site for any other reason, or who is not at least 21 years of age, is ineligible for this Promotion. In the event an ineligible person wins a prize, their prize shall be deemed null and void. 
By participating in Promotion, Participant consents to receive marketing messages from PENN Entertainment to include but not limited to telemarketing, electronic mail messages, and Push Notifications Participants can opt-out of marketing messages by selecting the opt-out feature provided in the marketing message. 
By accepting a prize, entrants grant permission to use their name, address (city, state, country), any photos, descriptions of their person, likeness, statements, and biographical information without limitation, for advertising and publicity purposes, worldwide in any media known to date or to be developed in the future, without further compensation or notice, except where prohibited by law. The Sponsor, all promotional agencies, prize providers, affiliates, agents, and representatives are not responsible for any lost, stolen or otherwise unaccounted for entries that may arise from technical errors in hardware and software programs. 
Any dispute or situation not covered by the above rules will be resolved by PENN Entertainment management in a manner deemed by them the fairest to all concerned. 
PENN Entertainment reserves the right to void, and/or change, cancel, or modify this Promotion or any part of it at any time, with the approval of the Local Gaming Administrator, for force majeure events such as but not limited to strike, fire, war, terrorist or governmental action, pandemic, widespread illness, or any other disruptive event beyond Sponsor’s control, impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the promotion, as determined by Sponsor.   
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Promotion, or any part of it, if any fraud, bugs, virus, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor is not responsible for computer system, phone line, hardware, software or program malfunctions, or other errors, failures or delays in computer transmissions, the website, or network connections that are human or technical in nature. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the promotion process, the website, or the operation of the Promotion or to be acting in violation of the Official Rules of this or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. PENN Entertainment may disqualify any person for any prize based upon fraud, dishonesty and violation of these Official Rules or other misconduct. All such incidents will be reported to the Local Gaming Administrator.

Grand Prize Details: One (1) confirmed Grand Prize winner will receive: all-expense paid trip to Las Vegas, NV to compete in the PENN Play Millionaire $1,000,000 Slot Tournament at the M Resort Spa Casino on May 27-31, 2026. The Grand Prize includes round trip, coach-class air transportation for two (2) from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Las Vegas, NV, a 4-night stay at the M Resort Spa Casino (single room, double occupancy); and Tournament entry Winner must travel on the dates specified by the Sponsor, surrounding the PENN Play Millionaire $1,000,000 Slot Tournament, or prize will be forfeited. Sponsor reserves the right to determine airline and flight itinerary in its sole discretion. Any difference between stated approximate retail value and actual value of prize will not be awarded. Restrictions may apply. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules, and those set forth by the Sponsor's airline carrier of choice as detailed in the passenger ticket contract. If trip destination is less than 250 miles from the winner's residence, winner will be provided $200 in spending money for driving expenses in lieu of air transportation. If event is cancelled by sponsor, or due to circumstances beyond the control of sponsor, an alternative prize of approximately equal value may be substituted. General prize restrictions: Prize will be awarded provided that eligible entries have been received to conduct the drawing. Prize is non-transferable, and no cash equivalent or substitutions allowed except at the discretion of the Sponsor. If a prize, or any portion thereof, cannot be awarded for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize with another prize of equal or greater value.
