About Chef Adam
Chef Adam found his passion for cooking as a child while preparing meals with his grandmother and rolling pasta with his friend’s mother. His culinary career began at 13, leading to Italian restaurant training, culinary school, and a role at The Broadmoor in 2007. Rising to Chef de Cuisine at two restaurants, he became Executive Chef at Cheyenne Mountain Resort in 2017. After the pandemic, he returned to Ohio and joined Hollywood Casino Toledo before founding Regalo with a handcrafted menu.
