After logging into your account on Ticketmaster.com,  navigate to My Account, then click My Profile, and select the Connected Accounts tab. There, you will be able to connect or disconnect your PENN Play account.

With your PENN Cash, you can buy any eligible tickets to any event on Ticketmaster.com.
Note, some exclusions apply, including:

  • Tickets available through a credit card sponsored offer (e.g., a credit card presale)
  • Ticket Insurance
  • Resale Tickets

Yes. You must have a minimum balance of $1.00 PENN Cash in order to use it for a purchase on Ticketmaster.com.

No. You can only use PENN Cash towards purchases online at Ticketmaster.com.

Yes. You can use PENN Cash to make a partial payment and then use an eligible credit/debit card or Ticketmaster gift card to pay for the rest of your order. Third-party payments such as PayPal, Venmo, and Apple Pay are not available as a secondary payment option.

Yes. You may apply any eligible promotional codes or credits to orders paid using PENN Cash. Ticketmaster first applies the promo codes or any credit amount stored in your account, then uses your PENN Cash, and finally, you pay any remaining balance with a credit/debit card connected to your registered account or a Ticketmaster gift card to complete the purchase.

No. Multiple rewards programs cannot be aggregated for a single order. If you don’t have enough PENN Cash to pay for your entire order, the remaining balance will be applied to your credit/debit card or Ticketmaster gift card.   

Ticketmaster first applies the PENN Cash you requested to use, then your Ticketmaster gift card or any credit amount stored in your account, and finally any remaining balance will be applied to your credit/debit card.

In case of an event cancellation or refund, PENN Cash used for purchases will be returned to the PENN Play account from which they originated, and any remaining amount will be returned to the additional payment method you used. 

If you no longer want to use PENN Cash to pay for tickets on Ticketmaster.com, you can disconnect your account under the Connected Accounts tab in your Accounts Settings. You will still be able to use your other payment methods connected to your Ticketmaster account for transactions on Ticketmaster.com.
