1. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the United States, 21 years of age or older, who are located in the United States at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of PENN Entertainment (“Sponsor”) and affiliated entities are not eligible. Self-excluded or banned guests are not eligible to participate. 

2. Promotional Period
The promotional period begins on Monday, June 1, 2026, at 12:00am EST and ends on Sunday, June 28, 2026, at 11:59pm EST.

3. How to Participate
To enter, participants must visit the landing page located at https://www.pennentertainment.com/partners/ticketmaster/vip-giveaway and input the information indicated in the submission form including name, date of birth, email address, and mailing address. Participants must also verify that they are at least 21 years of age. The completed form submission will serve as the participant’s one (1) entry into the drawing.

Limit one (1) entry per person. Submission of more than one entry form to exceed entry limits is prohibited and may result in disqualification.

4. Prizes & Odds
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Grand Prize Drawing Structure (one (1) winner)
a.    Grand Prize = Trip to River City Comedy Weekend
i.    Air travel credit for 2 (up to $1,000 value in total)
ii.    Round trip ground transportation from St. Louis airport to River City Casino in St. Louis, Mo. 
iii.    Hotel accommodations for 2 nights at River City July 17-19, 2026
iv.    Two tickets to each event
1.    Friday, July 17: Friday Night Comedy 
2.    Saturday, July 18: Jim Gaffigan 
v.    $250 F&B credit (in total) to be used at River City

Grand Prize will be randomly drawn from all entries received on June 30, 2026, at approximately 2pm EST and winner will be notified by 5pm EST on July 1, 2026.

Grand Prize Details: One (1) confirmed Grand Prize winner will receive: A Trip to River City Comedy Weekend July 17-19, 2026. The Grand Prize includes $1,000 air travel credit to St. Louis, MO; a 2-night stay at River City Casino Hotel (single room, double occupancy); ground transportation to River City Casino Hotel; two tickets to weekend events (Friday Night Comedy and Saturday Headliner: Jim Gaffigan) and $250 F&B credit to be used at River City July 17-19, 2026. Restrictions may apply. 
Selection of concert seat locations is solely within Live Nation’s discretion. Ticket delivery method is at sole discretion of Live Nation which will be either sent to winner by mail, email, mobile ticketing or placed at venue Will Call the day of concert under the winner’s name. Winner must be present to pick up tickets and a valid photo ID will be required if tickets are placed at Will Call. Winner and guest must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age and must abide by all venue and event policies, to include but not limited to, showing a valid photo ID at venue for age verification and/or identification purposes if requested. Live Nation reserves the right to revoke full or partial prize from any winner or winner’s guest who it and/or venue personnel deem may, in their sole discretion, be intoxicated, be a safety risk, have violated any venue policy or law, and/or may bring Live Nation into disrepute.  Winner understands that there are inherent risks involved in being in public spaces and that these risks may be present before, during and after the event. Resale or transfer of any prize element, including tickets, is prohibited.  By claiming event tickets, you agree to Live Nation’s Terms of Use, and to abide by the health and safety measures in effect at the time of the event. Should the event be cancelled, you will be notified as soon as reasonably possible. 
Prize is non-transferable and there is no cash option.  Guests must travel on the dates of the Comedy Weekend.
To claim the prize, winner must enroll in the PENN Play Loyalty program (if not already a member).
If event is cancelled by sponsor, or due to circumstances beyond the control of sponsor, an alternative prize of approximately equal value may be substituted.

5. Winner Notification
Winner will be notified via the email submitted in the online form by the PENN Play promotions team at [email protected]. To claim their prize, winner must respond to the email with their PENN Play Loyalty program member identification number within seven (7) days of email receipt.  The PENN Play Loyalty program is free to join.  If a winner does not respond with the verified information within seven (7) days, they will forfeit their prize. If the prize remains unclaimed after the final claim period, it will not be awarded.

6. Conditions of Entry
By entering, entrants acknowledge compliance with these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements. To be valid, each entry must follow the directions noted above. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid entries, computer error, or malfunctions. The Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, human, printing or other errors, technical malfunctions, or any other error or malfunction. Automated entries are prohibited, and any use of automated devices will cause disqualification. Entrants may not enter with multiple e-mail addresses nor may entrants use any other device or artifice to enter multiple times or as multiple entrants. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, accounts, identities, registrations, logins, or any other methods may void that entrant’s entries and that entrant may be disqualified (and forfeits all prizes won), in Sponsor’s discretion. In the event of a dispute as to any entry, the “authorized account holder” will be deemed to be the entrant and he/she must comply with these Official Rules. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned an email address by organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses or the domain associated with the submitted entry. A potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder associated with the entry. 
As a condition of entering, entrants agree (and agree to confirm in writing): (a) to release Sponsor, Live Nation Worldwide, Inc. (“Live Nation), its affiliates, subsidiaries, retailers, and agents, Administrator, and each of their officers, directors, employees and agents (“Released Parties”), from any and all liability, loss or damage incurred with respect to the awarding, receipt, possession, and/or use or misuse of any prize or any item redeemed therewith,  b) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby knowingly and expressly waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses and/or any rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased; (c) all causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (d) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred (if any), excluding attorneys’ fees and court costs. 

7. General Rules
Participants must be legally entitled to visit all PENN Entertainment owned or operated casinos, racetracks, properties, and online gambling sites to participate in this Promotion. Any person who is on any State-wide Self Exclusion List, who has been excluded from PENN casino or online site for any reason, or who is not at least 21 years of age is ineligible for this Promotion. In the event an ineligible person wins a prize, their prize shall be deemed invalid. 
By participating in Promotion, Participant consents to receive marketing messages from PENN Entertainment to include but not limited to telemarketing, electronic mail messages, and Push Notifications Participants can opt-out of marketing messages by selecting the opt-out feature provided in the marketing message. 
By accepting a prize, entrants grant permission to use their name, address (city, state, country), any photos, descriptions of their person, likeness, statements, and biographical information without limitation, for advertising and publicity purposes, worldwide in any media known to date or to be developed in the future, without further compensation or notice, except where prohibited by law. The Sponsor, all promotional agencies, prize providers, affiliates, agents, and representatives are not responsible for any lost, stolen or otherwise unaccounted for entries that may arise from technical errors in hardware and software programs. 
Any dispute or situation not covered by the above rules will be resolved by PENN Entertainment management in a manner deemed by them the fairest to all concerned. 
PENN Entertainment reserves the right to void, and/or change, cancel, or modify this Promotion or any part of it at any time, with the approval of the Local Gaming Administrator, for force majeure events such as but not limited to strike, fire, war, terrorist or governmental action, pandemic, widespread illness, or any other disruptive event beyond Sponsor’s control that impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the promotion, as determined by Sponsor.  
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Promotion, or any part of it, if any fraud, bugs, virus, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor is not responsible for computer system, phone line, hardware, software or program malfunctions, or other errors, failures or delays in computer transmissions, the website, or network connections that are human or technical in nature. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the promotion process, the website, or the operation of the Promotion or to be acting in violation of the Official Rules of this or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. 
Participation in this Promotion is in agreement to abide by the rules of this Promotion. 
PENN Entertainment may disqualify any person for any prize based upon fraud, dishonesty and violation of these Official Rules or other misconduct. All such incidents will be reported to the Local Gaming Administrator. 
Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and/or tribal rules and regulations, including gaming, and all aspects of the Promotion are subject to approval of the appropriate regulatory authorities and are void where prohibited.  All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of the Promotion Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Pennsylvania, U.S.A.  
Winners are responsible for any and all taxes (income or sales), licenses, registrations, and other government imposed fees.

8. Privacy & Personal Information
Personal information collected from entrants shall be stored in the US and will be used by the Sponsor for the purpose of administering the Promotion, to provide participants with information relating to products, services and promotions of the Sponsor and affiliates of the Sponsor. Participants can opt-out of marketing messages by selecting the opt-out feature provided in the marketing message. The Sponsor shall not sell, share, or otherwise disclose personal information of entrants with third parties, other than to third parties engaged by the Sponsor to fulfil the above purposes or as otherwise consented to by the entrant.
