Earn and Spend Rewards, Your Way

1. Insert your PENN Play card into the slot machine you’re playing.  If you’re at a table, present your player's card to your dealer.  You can also earn on our online games.
2. You earn Tier Points and PENN Cash on slots, video poker, table games, poker and more. And the more you play, the more you earn. The more Tier Points you earn, the higher your tier. And the higher your tier, the more benefits you can enjoy. Just remember that Tier Points can’t be spent.
3. PENN Cash is what you spend to get the things you enjoy. You can redeem it for everything from PENN Slot Play to dining to shopping and more. Double the value of your PENN Cash when you use it for hotel, dining or retail shopping at PENN Entertainment destinations. Earn values are as follows:

$1 PENN Slot Play or Table Play (where available)
$1 at the PENN Redeem Marketplace
$2 hotel credit at PENN Entertainment destinations
$2 dining credit at participating outlets
$2 shopping credit at on-property retail outlets

Slot machines:
Earn 1 Tier Point for every $5 coin-in

Video poker:
Earn 1 Tier Point for every $10 coin-in

Electronic table games:
Earn 1 Tier Point for every $40 coin-in

Sportsbooks:
Earn 1 Tier Point for $10 straight bets, $10 ESPN BET exclusive bets, $5 parlays

Horse racing:
Earn 1 Tier Point for every $10 bet (where available)

Hollywood Casino:
Earn 1 Tier Point for $12 slots coin-in, $12 video poker coin-in, $25 table bets

Non-gaming on-property purchases:
Earn 1 Tier Point for every $5 in purchases at participating outlets

PENN Earn Marketplace:
Earn 1 Tier Point for every $25 in purchases

PENN Play members can unlock rewards by earning Tier Points between May 1 – April 30. Rewards include PENN Cash, cruise, and hotel offers at PENN destinations.

Tier Point reset takes place on April 30 at 11:59 pm. On May 1, any rollover points are applied, and the new earning period begins. To learn more about rollover points, visit https://www.pennentertainment.com/earn-and-redeem#earn.

Tier renewal takes place on June 1. You keep your tier level from the date earned through May 31 of the following year. For example, if you reach 50,000 Tier Points in September 2024, you will remain at Elite status until May 31, 2026.

All PENN Play locations are linked together, including online, so you should play with just one card to ensure all Tier Points accumulate. If you don't know which card to play on, visit the PENN Play Center on your next visit. 

PENN Cash is the loyalty currency of PENN Play. Members can earn PENN Cash at over 35 PENN Entertainment destinations nationwide, including our sportsbook locations, online sports betting, and real money and online casinos. Members can also earn PENN Cash when they shop with their favorite brands through the PENN Earn Marketplace.  PENN Cash can be redeemed for PENN Slot Play, hotel stays, dining, online casino credits, retail shopping at PENN Entertainment destinations and at our PENN Redeem Marketplace. 

In order to purchase items at the PENN Redeem Marketplace, members must have a PENN Play account created and registered. Members can then access the Redeem Marketplace online when you sign in online or through the PENN Play loyalty app.  From there, members can use their accumulated PENN Cash to purchase electronics, fashion goods, accessories from today’s most popular brands, gift cards, and even unique experiences.

You can move up to higher tiers by playing more and earning Tier Points. The higher your tier, the greater your rewards. Tier Points are reset annually but you’ll be upgraded to a higher tier status as soon as you have earned the required point threshold.

Our tier levels are as follows:

Play – You’re automatically enrolled at the Play tier when you sign up with PENN Play.
Advantage – Earn 1,000 Tier Points in an earning period to achieve Advantage status.
Preferred – Earn 18,000 Tier Points in an earning period to achieve Preferred status.
Elite – Earn 50,000 Tier Points in an earning period to achieve Elite status.
Owners Club – Earn 200,000 Tier Points in an earning period to achieve Owners Club status.

As a PENN Play member, you can track your tier status, PENN Cash balance and view offers and rewards online in My Account once you've signed in. You can also download the mobile PENN Play app.

The PENN Wallet provides PENN Play members with the ability to play their favorite slot or casino table games in a contactless manner. Download the PENN Play app to eliminate the need to carry your player's card and fund your favorite games without standing in line.

Yes. The PENN Entertainment Mastercard® Credit Card allows PENN Play members to earn additional PENN Cash on their everyday purchases. Receive $10 PENN Cash plus 1,000 Tier Points when you make your first purchase within 90 days of approval.

Real Time Rewards allows eligible PENN Play members to earn and redeem more PENN Cash faster than ever. All PENN Play members with 3,000 Tier Points or more qualify for Real Time Rewards. All qualifying members must have the PENN Play app and claim their Real Time Rewards in the app to add their Real Time Rewards PENN Cash to their account.

All PENN Play members with 3,000 Tier Points or more qualify to receive Real Time Rewards. All qualifying members must have the PENN Play app, and must claim their Real Time Rewards in the app within 14 days of issuance in order to add their Real Time Rewards PENN Cash to their account.

When it comes to Real Time Rewards, the amount of PENN Cash you can earn increases based on the number of Tier Points you've earned. Don’t forget: the more you play, the more you earn!

Once a member downloads the PENN Play app and reaches 3,000 Tier Points within an earning period, they will begin to earn Real Time Rewards in the form of PENN Cash. The amount of PENN Cash increases based on Tier Points earned and is added to your account once you "claim" your Real Time Rewards in the app within 14 days of issuance. The PENN Cash earned from Real Time Rewards is in addition to all other PENN Cash earned from gaming, retail and restaurant purchases, as well as sportsbook and online casino play. You can use your combined PENN Cash to reward yourself however you’d like.

Yes. All Tier Points accumulated throughout the earning period, including rollover points, count toward a member’s Real Time Rewards balance.
