Gift Card transactions can be declined due to various reasons, including:
- You submitted an incomplete or incorrect card number
- You have exceeded the maximum number of stored payment methods on your account.
- There are indications of fraud associated with the gift card redemption
If you believe your gift card is lost or stolen, please notify Customer Care IMMEDIATELY. You will be asked to provide us with the gift card number and other identifying information. We cannot provide a replacement unless you provide your gift card number and all other requested identifying information.
No. Gift Card deposits should not impact your Penn Play balances. However, playing with gift card funds or using the gift cards to purchase goods or services will earn Tier points and PENN Cash the same as if cash was used.
