Official Rules & Regulations

A. Promotional Period

1. The promotional period begins Tuesday, January 6, 2026 at 12:01 AM EST and ends Tuesday, March 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM EST.

B. Directions for Participating

1. Every new member who signs up for PENN Play for the first time and registers for the PENN Play app within 14 days will receive an instant reveal game (Flyin’ Cash) to win between $26 PENN Cash and up to $2026 PENN Cash.

a. PENN Play New Member Interactive Game steps:

• Sign in to the PENN Play Loyalty App.
• On the Home screen select the “Welcome to PENN Play” message.
• On the Details screen select PLAY.
• Select START to initiate the game.
• Tap on floating money.
• PENN Cash will be instantly awarded to the member account.

2. Promotion is open to new PENN Play members only. Must be 21 or older and a legal resident where PENN Play operates. Employees and immediate family members of PENN Entertainment and affiliates are not eligible.

3. Guests must sign up for PENN Play and register for the PENN Play app within 14 days. The instant reveal game triggers upon successful registration and must be played within 7 days.

4. Guests must register for the app by March 31 2026 and play the game within 7 days.

5. PENN Cash will be automatically awarded to the PENN Play account.

C. Prizes

Each eligible new member receives one instant reveal game with a prize ranging from $26 PENN Cash up to $2026 PENN Cash. Odds are as follows:

• $26: 81.8329 percent
• $40: 16.3665 percent
• $50: 1.6366 percent
• $100: 0.1637 percent
• $2026: 0.0002 percent

All prize amounts are not guaranteed to be awarded.

D. General Rules

1. Participants must be legally eligible to visit PENN Entertainment properties. Anyone on a State-wide Self Exclusion List or under age 21 is ineligible.
2. By participating, members consent to receive marketing messages. Opt-out is available within the message settings.
3. Acceptance of a prize grants permission for publicity use where allowed by law.
4. Any dispute not covered in the rules will be resolved by PENN Entertainment management.
5. PENN Entertainment may void, change, cancel, or modify the promotion with approval of the Local Gaming Administrator.
6. Participation constitutes agreement to these rules. PENN Cash prizes follow PENN Play Program rules.
7. Penn Entertainment may disqualify any person for fraud, dishonesty, rule violations, or misconduct. Participants may not enter multiple times by establishing multiple PENN Play accounts.
8. The sponsor may cancel, suspend, delay, or modify the promotion due to technical issues or factors beyond control. If access to promotion systems is delayed or unavailable, the promotion may be suspended until access is restored.
9. Promotion is subject to federal, state, and tribal regulations and is void where prohibited.
10. Winners are responsible for all taxes and applicable fees.
11. Promotional rules are available on the PENN Play website.
12. Employees of PENN Entertainment and affiliate companies and immediate family are not eligible.
