Rules
Invited PENN Play members are eligible to participate in an Invite Only Baccarat Tournament. If a participant registers but does not report for their session time, the seat may be forfeited or assigned to another guest. Participants may not designate someone to play in their absence. If a guest advances but does not claim their spot, they will forfeit their spot in the tournament, and a wild card will be drawn to fill the vacancy.

How to Play
• No commission; straight payout.

• Guests may bet on Banker, Player, or Tie.

• No commission on winning Banker wager.

• No side bets permitted.

• Round 1 up to 100 guests.

• Each player will start with 10,000 chips.

• Min bet $100 / Max bet No limit, all in.

• The player with the highest chip count at the table will advance to the next round, and all 20 advancing players’ chip count will be recorded and carried forward to the next round.

• There will be a maximum of 5 sessions in Round 1, up to 25 players per session.

• Each Session will consist of 15 rounds of play.

• Guests will compete at assigned tables; 20 table winners will advance to Round 2.

• 5 wild card winners will be chosen to participate in Round 2.

Additional drawings occur until all spots are filled.

• Guest who do not advance to Round 2 receive $25 PENN Cash.

• Round 2 – 25 Guests.

• There will be a maximum of 5 tables with up to 5 guests per table.

• Guests will compete at assigned tables; 5 table winners will advance to Round 3.

• Chip Adjustment: Any guest entering Round 2 with fewer than 10,000 chips will be adjusted to 10,000 chips (Round 2 only).

• In the event of a tie in Round 1 or 2, we will have a playoff of 3 hands. Ties only matter for the top player chip count in Round 1 and 2. In the final round, if there is a tie, the guests will split the prizes.

• Guests who advance to Round 2 but do not advance to Round 3 receive $50 PENN Cash.

• Round 3 – Final Round up to 5 guests.

• The final chip counts from Round 2 will be the starting chip counts for Round 3.

• Prior to the final hand, each participant must write down their final wager amount and intended bet(s), (Player, Banker, and/or Tie), on a confidential form. If Player wagers on either Banker or Player for their final bet, they are also able to wager on the Tie bet if desired. Table Games Management will collect and review the forms prior to the last hand, and players must wager the indicated amount and bet (Player, Banker, and/or Tie).

• All guests participating in the final round will receive a prize.
