- Get on I-94 West to Detroit
- Take exit 216A for I-75 South toward Toledo
- Merge onto I-75 South
- Continue on to I-375 South
- Exit toward Lafayette Avenue

- For Self-Park Garage: Enter the garage directly from the I-375 Lafayette exit ramp
- For Hotel: turn right on Lafayette, then right on St Antoine. Hotel Valet will be on your right just after Monroe.

Current Area Construction
Monroe street between Randolph and Beaubien will be closed to vehicular traffic. Monroe street between Beaubien and Chrysler Drive is now open. For any guests coming to Hollywood Casino Greektown from any direction other than I-375, please to utilize the Chrysler Service Drive, Gratiot Avenue or Lafayette Street to get to the Self-Park Garage or Hotel Valet. Please note that St Antoine between Lafayette and Macomb is currently a two-way street.
