With more than 15 years of culinary experience, Jess Sprowls leads the property's seven dining venues with creativity and passion. A graduate of the Pennsylvania Culinary Institute, she specializes in Cajun and Creole cuisine and brings experience from Levy Restaurants and Marriott.
