Umphrey's McGee: Fresh Cut 2027

Umphrey’s McGee once titled an album Local Band Does O.K. It’s a characteristically understated joke that says plenty about how seriously they’ve always taken the idea of not taking themselves too seriously.

Nearly three decades later, the overachieving local band is still here and doing just fine. Umphrey’s McGee has built a career on relentless forward motion. What began at Notre Dame as a handful of friends chasing the next gig has become one of American rock’s great independent endurance stories. With distinctly Midwestern stubbornness, UM has rarely chased the prevailing trend or worried much about where they were supposed to fit, all while piling up nearly 3,000 live shows, 15 studio albums, hundreds of millions of streams, and a fiercely loyal community along the way. Don't miss your chance to see them live at The Event Center!
