PENN's Commitment

Giving back to our team members, supporting and encouraging diversity, helping the underserved in our communities, promoting responsible gaming, and being responsible stewards of our finite natural resources are core values for all of us at PENN Entertainment.

  • Environmental

We’re dedicated to safeguarding our natural resources and helping to protect the environment as part of our daily operations. Our commitment to compliance, conservation, communication and continuous improvement promotes environmental excellence throughout our company.

  • Social

We believe diversity is the driving force that moves our company forward. We’re building a more inclusive company — giving our team members the support they need in their work to help more people find their fun. We’re proud to celebrate diversity — from events for Black History Month and Pride Month to International Women’s Day and Chinese New Year.

  • Governance

Always thinking differently about how we can grow as a company, our board of directors shares our vision of driving the gaming and entertainment industry forward in creative and innovative ways — all while promoting long-term value creation, transparency and accountability to our shareholders.

Our intiatives speak to our long-standing commitment to ESG
