If you’re within 180 days of separation or retirement, in good standing, and ready to bring your military experience into a civilian career, the PENN Fellowship Program is your chance to jump in, not start over. With command approval, you’ll gain hands-on experience, make an immediate impact, and start shaping your civilian career before your transition day even arrives.
