As Senior Vice President of Regional Operations, Aaron oversees all operations at PENN’s properties across the West and Midwest regions. He is also responsible for companywide retail marketing and gaming operations.

During his past 16 years with PENN, Aaron has served as Vice President of Marketing for Hollywood Casino at Charles Town Races, Assistant General Manager at Hollywood Casino at Kansas Speedway, General Manager at Argosy Riverside and General Manager of Tropicana Las Vegas.

Before joining PENN, Aaron worked for MGM Resorts International for 12 years where he held leadership roles in Slot Operations and Marketing for The Mirage, Treasure Island, Beau Rivage and Corporate Loyalty Marketing.

Aaron holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas and an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis’s Olin Business School.
