Ms. Black-Gupta is co-Founder and a member of the Board of Directors of OURSELF, the first-ever Subtopical Skincare System™ that is defining a new category in beauty by bridging the gap between traditional skincare products and clinical procedures. Ourself’s proprietary formulations leverage biotechnology to provide an at-home alternative to doctor-based cosmetic procedures, delivering clinical-level results without the clinic. She previously served as the Global Chief Marketing Officer of Equinox Fitness Clubs, where she oversaw marketing strategy development and execution on behalf of Equinox and its growing portfolio of 100 global fitness club locations and the Equinox Hotel. Prior to Equinox, Ms. Black-Gupta served as the Senior Vice President of Global Marketing of Bobbi Brown Cosmetics at Estee Lauder where she managed, led and created their product, consumer and digital marketing strategy. Ms. Black-Gupta has also held Executive Global Marketing leadership roles at Procter and Gamble and the Gillette Companies. Ms. Black-Gupta was named to Women Inc.’s list of “2023 Most Influential Corporate Directors.”
