In his role as Executive Vice President, Chief Strategy and Legal Officer and Secretary, Chris leads the team in developing and pursuing PENN’s strategic growth initiatives and oversees the legal department.

During his past seven years with PENN, Chris has served as Vice President, Deputy General Counsel and Senior Vice President, Corporate Development.

Prior to joining PENN, Chris was a corporate attorney at the Dallas-based law firm Vinson & Elkins and the Boston-based law firm Ropes & Gray, as well as a CPA for PricewaterhouseCoopers and Arthur Andersen.

Chris holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Oklahoma’s Price College of Business and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.
