William Zeralsky
Chief Marketing Officer, Retail
William Zeralsky is Chief Marketing Officer, Retail for PENN Entertainment, where he leads marketing strategy and performance across the company’s national retail casino portfolio. He is responsible for driving customer growth, visitation, and revenue performance by aligning marketing strategy, analytics, loyalty, customer experience, and digital engagement at enterprise scale.
William partners closely with operations, technology, and enterprise leadership to modernize retail marketing capabilities, establish standardized performance frameworks, and enable consistent execution across diverse markets. His work focuses on improving efficiency, strengthening brand relevance, and delivering measurable business impact across PENN’s retail footprint.
Prior to PENN, William held senior marketing and strategy leadership roles at MGM Resorts International, including leading the marketing strategy and launch of MGM National Harbor. He brings a customer-centric and operationally grounded approach to driving sustainable growth across complex, multi-market businesses.
William holds an MBA from Vanderbilt University.
