Corporate Responsibility

Our core values are the foundation of the way we do business.

We're committed to caring for our people, our communities and our planet.

We recognize that today — more than ever — the investment community, our team members, community partners and our customers have an expectation for PENN Entertainment to serve as a good corporate citizen. And we remain dedicated to live up to that standard. Among the core values of all of us here at PENN are giving back to our team members, supporting and encouraging diversity, helping the underserved in our communities, promoting responsible gaming and being reliable stewards of our finite natural resources.

Learn about our environmental, social and governance (ESG) efforts — from recycling and water conservation to promoting responsible gaming and community engagement.

Giving back. Pitching in. It's in our DNA.

The PENN Entertainment Foundation was launched in the wake of Hurricane Katrina to assist nearly 2,000 team members who were impacted by the storm — giving them much needed support, food, water, clothing and shelter.

Today, our foundation is proud to support countless local nonprofit organizations throughout North America. From community development efforts, like rebuilding playgrounds and promoting education, to health services and support for veterans and active-duty military, we’re focused on giving back to our people and our communities.
